Hero MotoCorp will launch not one, but three new motorcycles tomorrow. The first two are the beginners rounds of the company: the XPulse 200T focused on the road and the XPulse 200 on the road. Of the two, the XPulse 200 has a long suspension travel, greater ground clearance and larger spoke wheels in the front and 18 inches at the rear, wrapped in Ceat Gripp rims. In addition, it will also be supplied with a front peak, crankcase protection, knuckle protectors and an outlet with high mounting for better water extraction.

The XPulse 200T, on the other hand, probably has the same suspension as the Hero Xtreme 200R along with more focused 17-inch alloy wheels in the city (100/80 – front, 130/70 – rear). Both motorcycles have the same set of electronic components: a fully digital instrument console, Bluetooth connectivity, LED lighting at both ends and a single-channel ABS system.

Feeding both motorcycles will be the same 200 cc engine, with fuel injection and air cooling that generates 18.7 PS of power and 17.1 Nm of torque, coupled to a 5-speed transmission. However, the XPulse 200 can be adjusted differently due to its orientation outside the road.

A price is expected between Rs 1.1 lakh and Rs 1.20 lakh (without showroom) for both bicycles. If Hero succeeds in putting a price on bicycles in this range, the XPulse 200 becomes the most affordable ADV in India, a place currently occupying the Royal Enfield Himalayan (Rs 1.79 lakh, former showroom in Delhi).
